I'm sorry. So, um, or we'll, we'll shut you down. We'll put the mute button. Yeah, we'll put the mute button. We have the power and you're not going to hold the mic. They're going to hold the mic because that's just a time tested, uh, pastoral thing.
You never give the mic to somebody you don't know. All right. And so, uh, so jump out of your seat right now and, uh, you come on up and we'll get you right over here.

Charlie, thank you, Charlie. I know you didn't touch on this tonight and I don't know if you are wanting to, but, um, the, the way that the woke liberal progressive communist Marxists are going after all of us who speak up all the heroes of, of truth, they're litigating them to death. They're sucking them dry. And I'm wondering, you know, as you listen to their court cases, Oh, you can't bring all that evidence in here.
That'll get you off. The jury will go. Is there anything you can say about how, what we can do to overturn this whole corrupt court system?
Boy, that's such an important question. Um, we have zip code justice in our country. Let me say that again. We have zip code justice and it is a bad, bad trend. If I were to be indicted in Washington DC, I would lose. And if Mark Robinson would, I mean, if you are a conservative, they have rigged it that if you get a court in Washington DC or Northern Virginia, the jury's mind is so polluted by cable television and by the zeitgeist.
And it is a really, really dangerous trend. Um, how we fix that is there has to be, there could be some adjustments by Congress where you can get change of venues. Um, where if you're indicted in Virginia or DC, like for example, all the January six cases, they should have been handled in West Virginia. And, and that would have just been a much fairer way. They would have gotten better sentences.
Some of them wouldn't have gotten off, but the fact that they're in front of these decent DC zealots, I mean, these judges are basically trying to one up each other, trying to destroy these people's lives. How we actually change it is a much deeper and more, um, as a harder question. And I am, I am increasingly worried that our tradition of the standard bearer of the rule of law is being deteriorated, uh, in our country very, very quickly. And, um, we have still some elements that are positive and strong. I mean, I think the Supreme court's going to allow Donald Trump on the ballot, which is a big win. We'll see today did not go well for the bad guys.
Um, but yeah, it's, it's an infinitely complex question because they've corrupted the law schools, they've corrupted the judges and they, they care much more about progress and their revolution than actually justice. Thank you. In the, uh, podcast that we've been talking about all night, you made one almost apology to those girls and it said, our society or our culture should have given you better men. That's right. Right.
I love listening to that here at freedom house. We don't have that problem. Okay, good. Right. But outside of freedom house, what do we need to do to spread that strength and how important is that paternal and manly influence without being classified as toxic?
Yeah, that's such a good question. So on this podcast, I said to these young ladies, you deserve better men than what the society is currently giving you. And, and this is my attitude and some people don't like it.
For example, there was a young man that came to an event last night with Luke and angel at dream city. And he said, Charlie, all the women are, you know, not so good and I can't find a partner. And by the way, all the women say that about all the men. Right.
And so it's, it's, that's one thing they can agree on. And honestly, I blame the men. I mean, it is men have to lead. Men should strengthen, become more interesting, stop doing drugs, stop watching porn, start reading your Bible, wake up earlier.
If you can't attract women, there's something wrong with you. The man, I do not blame the women. And they say, Oh, well, the women, they're all on birth control and all this stuff. Women will change for a man if they're led.
Am I right, Penny? Let me tell you, I don't care how strong a woman, how, whatever we were designed to stand alongside and have our protector, our leader, our covering. So just, just to make it clear, even though I am a very out front person, I am covered. I am covered by the head.
I am covered by my husband. That is the way God designed us. So when our men lead, we follow, I don't care how strong she is, guys.
She's not going to follow a parked car. Yeah. Or a unit. Yeah.
Or a unit. That's right. So, so I think we have to hold our men to a higher standard.

So thanks again for coming. My church is actually paired with another church in Kyiv, Ukraine right now called New Life Church. And we're receiving reports about how Ukraine is really suffering right now. But with all the corruption is really hard to help them, especially from Russia within Ukraine, and even within our own borders itself. How is it that we can truly help Ukraine when they're in such a predicament?
That's a great question. The best way to help Ukraine and help all people is there must be a unified call from the church for peace. And it must be the fact that our elected leaders in DC are so uninterested in peace is a human rights violation. And you're right, the reports from Ukraine are awful. War is terrible.
This is why I don't like Putin. Russia's doing is wrong. It's bad. It's evil. Okay.
At the same time, we have such a Western view of war, the Russians and the Ukrainians, they've been fighting over this piece of turf forever. Okay. To them 100,000 loss, 200,000 loss.
It's like a rounding error. I know that sounds so strange to you. But they don't they don't view life.
It's the same way as the Western tradition. Okay. It's very much does it strengthen the state?
Does it move history? It's a very different view. There's there, we're going to lose a generation of Ukrainian men. For what? For what so that we could have Eastern Ukraine be a little less controlled by Russia. So what we need is we need to have Senate Republicans Senate Republicans, which they're under uninterested, instead of sending more money for missiles, there needs to be peace talks. There needs to be I mean, and by the way, blessed are the peacemakers.
Why is the church not calling for peace? Like what does success look like? You think you're gonna go take back the Kremlin? You think you're gonna displace Putin? I mean, at what point can the people that have been pushing this war acknowledge that it's not going well, and that a lot of innocent people are dying unnecessarily, and that the most populated country in Europe, which is Ukraine has lost 10 million people through refugees, it's completely remade the European continent.
So the best way to help is there are some charities I can point you to, they're actually legit, that are doing some good work. And I do have a heart for the Ukrainian people. But my biggest heart for them is that they will not be mowed down the coming killing season, we have a very short window here, everybody, okay, the winter is about to thaw. And the Russians, they are they are souped up, they have reinforcements, and there's going to be a killing season happening this spring. And the West is to blame. Our government is to blame every day that Joe Biden and Tony Blinken and Mitch McConnell keep on sending missiles over there to people that don't even know how to use them. They are basically putting these poor Ukrainian men as human shields that will meet an unnecessary demise.
And so we should be calling for peace. Unfortunately, what's the number that just came out of they realized it was, I don't know, like 275 million that just Ukrainian officials took off the top? It's standard operating procedure. I mean, it's just, look, if you know anything about like Ukrainian politics, it's the mafia, okay? This is why, you know, they lift up Zelensky like he's Winston Churchill.
I mean, it's repulsive, okay? Again, I don't like Vladimir Putin. I also don't like Vladimir Zelensky, okay? By the way, like the extortion racket, he goes on TV. I want you to understand, he went on TV. He's like, if you don't give us money and give us arms, Americans are gonna have to fight this war soon. I'm like, I'm sorry, pal. Like this whole like uppity foreigner in a t-shirt thing that like I can never put on a suit and tie when you come to Congress, like we're done here, okay? How about you broker peace and put your people first instead of trying to be a proxy for the central intelligence agency and the war machine?
Hello, Charlie. I hold in my hand a smartphone introduced around 2012, which has been destructive to children. Isn't it time parents took control of these devices before they take control of their children's lives? Yeah, I mean, I don't think anybody under the age of 18 should have a smartphone, period. And if I'm poking at you as a parent, I hope so. There is no reason why a child should have a smartphone, period.
You say, how could you say that? Because I grew up without one, okay? I grew up in an era where I had a dumb phone and it was great, okay?
It was in my backpack in case of emergency. So every argument, it's hilarious. I asked these parents and these wine moms and they literally, they can't, they're the worst with this stuff. Like, oh no, little Henry, he's 13 and he needs to be able to FaceTime me from the pickup line. I say, really, he needs to FaceTime you from the pickup line. Does the pickup line change every day? Is it like trying to locate somebody in the woods?
People were picked up before smartphones or, or my favorite one is how is my kid going to update social media without a smartphone? There is an amazing graph. You can look at it. We have it at charliekirk.com and Zuckerberg is such a liar.
He's such a liar. Female suicide, suicide, female depression, female anxiety went up like a hockey stick as 2013. It was flat for decades and went up like a hockey stick. These things are, it's the equivalent of digital heroin. Okay.
And again, I am thankful to the Lord. I was on the last gasp. The iPhone came the year I graduated high school and it really was that dramatic. It's not cell phones that were the problem. We had cell phones. Okay. We were like Mexican drug dealers trying to work these things. Okay.
You know what I'm talking about? Like we had like burner phones and it was, it was a disaster. Okay.
Like we had T nine texting like that wasn't the problem. Okay. That didn't like destroy our humanity.
In fact, it kind of enriched it in some way. Okay. These things are completely different ballgame. Okay. Two, two way cameras, always looking at yourself, social approval, plus the apps that go alongside of it. Yeah.
So, I mean, if you're, if you're a parent, I highly recommend you don't give a child a phone until they're 18. Um, and if you do, uh, you're playing Russian roulette with their future. Hi, I just wanted to ask for the whole panel. My wife and I were pretty strong Republicans, and we just want to know how do we get involved in this whole Republican movement? What would be the best way to kind of go about that?
Well, God bless you. You can go volunteer for the next governor of the state of North Carolina. That's a good way to start. And then you got two Turning Point faith leaders right here on the front.
Wave your hands there. And the best way, and this is for everybody, we need every single one of you that are engaged to become precinct committeemen, okay? This is the secret weapon of the American right. If you don't know what a precinct committeemen is, it's basically you're a neighborhood captain in charge of get out the vote for like a thousand people.
It's the best thing. And then get involved in your state party. We need, the state party meetings are like long and nauseating. But if you can like put up with like four, you know, kind of cringing meetings a year, you can make a very big difference, okay? Your input matters on the platform committee. It's all these boring, like Robert rules of order stuff, but it's so important, right? How important are, yeah, please, Mark.
Yeah. Do you want to say something on the mic? I don't want to put you on the spot, but why are you a Republican? Tell me why you're a Republican.
He's saying because of how the country is right now. That's why, you know, the most effective tool of you being a Republican, spreading the word of why you're being a Republican to other people is being able to tell them why you're a Republican. You're a Republican because Republicans stand up number one for the Republic. The Republic, not the democracy, the Republic.
And there's a huge difference there. Number two, and I won't go through this right now, but what I would really encourage you to do is study the history of the Republican party. And when you study the history of the Republican party, what you find is this. Our party, the Republican party, is the party of freedom and liberty and independence and all the great things that America is about. We've always done it and we have done it for everyone. Women, black people, you name it. Civil rights is our hallmark.
The Democrats and the leftists have hijacked it, but that is the strict domain of the Republican. And so I would encourage you to know that history and be able to recite a chapter and verse to your friends and neighbors and you can change some minds. So we only have time for like two more, sorry to say. Okay, Charlie, sorry, I'm a little on jazz. My name is Papa Tom and I got a Father's Heart talk show and the reason I'm asking this question is because I'm really dealing with the issue of fatherlessness in America. And I've joined the connection and showed me the connection to LGBTQ. When God told us he's made us to the image and likeness of God, the next thing he told us to be able to be fruitful and multiply. If you see everything that happens with LGBTQ, transgender, it's so that people cannot be fruitful and multiply. Because the interest of the Luciferian doctrine is to depopulate the earth, you know all this background, but the tool that he's using it is taking fathers out of the culture. With the women's movement in the 1960s and further on down in, the church says, the scripture says, you have many teachers, but you have few fathers.
And when you take fathers out of the picture of all seven mountains of influence, what you find is fear comes in, fear comes in. And all these... Tell me your questions so we can make sure we have... How do we bring fathers back? Bring fathers back. Yeah, first of all, we have to stop subsidizing single motherhood and that's a very, very big problem. And secondly, we have to hold men more accountable for their decisions. There needs to be a greater shame culturally for men that abandon the women that they impregnate. Shame is a very powerful tool and we don't use it enough for men that impregnate and then abandon. It should be a societal toxin, instead it's become the norm. Okay, final question. Thank you.
This is actually kind of a... I'm new to Christianity about three, four years, so it's more of a biblical conflict that I have. I need help understanding this in our current context of our government that's not godly and it's corrupt and pretty selfish in their own interests and not for ours. And I'd be shocked if you haven't had this question before, but Romans 13 says, everyone must submit to governing authorities for all authority comes from God and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted and they will be punished for the authorities do not strike fear in people who are doing right, but in those who are doing wrong. Would you like to live in fear without the authority? You get the point. This is his favorite question, by the way.
I had to imagine he's gotten it a lot, but I'm rather... Oh, you're going to love this answer. So not to put you on the spot, but in America, who is the authority? The people, right?
So you don't have to wrestle any longer. And if you were in China and they told you you were not allowed to go to church or read your Bible, would you obey? Can you put the mic up to his mouth? I said, or California. Yeah.
Or Californication. Yes. The other thing is that in Romans 13, remember it says they're there for your good. So then let's go back into is civil disobedience biblical? That's an important question.
The answer is yes. And there are two examples that I'll give in the old Testament. The first is the first book of Exodus where Pharaoh says the Jews are multiplying too many. We need to throw babies into the river. The midwives to the Hebrews disobeyed the order, and they even lied to the Pharaoh and God dealt with them well, and God was pleased. And the midwives said that we fear God. That's why we did not throw the babies into the river. Okay.
That's number one. Number two, there was a conspiracy in Daniel six to literally take out Daniel. It was unfair. They said, Daniel, you can't pray publicly anymore. And Daniel says, Nope, that's not going to work. Daniel disobeyed civilly disobeyed, opened up the window and still prayed publicly.
It was ended up in the lion's den. And so those are the two examples there that I only give that as a caveat because nowhere in the scriptures is to say we must have unilateral total submission to tyranny, right? But even the Romans 13 argument falls apart because the founding fathers gave us a very simple, you know, workout, which is that the leaders and authorities are the people, the sovereign. So Romans 13 is actually directed to the Lieutenant governor.
It's directed to the mayor and they must actually submit to our authority and our sovereignty. Thank you so much. Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
